1Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2Description of Service

• ReelSave is an AI-powered video metadata organizer that helps you save, organize, and browse video links from platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• The App does not download, store, or redistribute any video content. It only processes publicly available metadata (titles, thumbnails, descriptions) for organizational purposes.
• AI features provide summaries, categorization, and content analysis based on publicly available metadata.

3User Accounts

• You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4Acceptable Use

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of organizing video metadata.
• Do not use the App to infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Do not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
• Do not use automated systems or bots to access the App.

5Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features require a premium subscription. Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice.

6Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by DWB Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. Video content accessed through the App remains the property of its original creators and platforms. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

7User Content

• You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (collections, notes, tags).
• By making collections public, you grant other users permission to view and follow them.
• We do not claim ownership over any user-generated content.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

8Third-Party Platforms

The App interacts with third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to fetch publicly available video metadata. We are not affiliated with these platforms and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Changes to these platforms may affect the App's functionality.

9Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy of metadata fetched from third-party platforms.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DWB Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11Termination

• You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
