How do I save a video?
Share any video from TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube to ReelSave using the share button. You can also paste a video link directly in the app.
Is ReelSave free?
Yes! ReelSave offers a free plan with basic features. Premium unlocks unlimited saves, AI insights, and more.
How do I organize my saved videos?
You can create collections, add tags, and use the map view to organize and browse your saved videos.
Can I share collections with friends?
Yes! You can share your collections with others by generating a share link. They can join and collaborate on the collection.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Edit Profile > scroll down and tap 'Delete Account'. You can also email us at support@dwbstudio.com.
Does ReelSave download videos?
No. ReelSave saves video metadata (title, thumbnail, etc.) and redirects you to the original platform to watch. No video content is stored.
How do I restore my purchases?
Premium purchases are linked to your App Store/Google Play account. If you reinstall the app, your subscription will be restored automatically when you sign in.
What is the Map feature?
The Map view shows your saved videos on a world map based on their location data. You can discover videos from specific places and explore content geographically.
